Had QUITE COMFORTABLE stay for the price. The hotel's location was central, on a main avenue. Plus, an adobe-style store was within a 10-minute walk from the property.
The area was quite uncomfortable.

The room was reasonably priced and great-sized, with a king size bed. We were pleased to have central heating, a work desk, and a TV. The hotel was in a central location to the store across the street...

I was actually surprised by howvery comfy and tidy my room was. The staff were attentive. The location was perfect, just a short walk to nearby shops and restaurants.
More lighting in hallways would be helpful.

My only objection to the motel was the condition of the carpets. They need to be replaced. Other than that the staff was very pleasant and helpfu.l When there were no parking spots except in the far back I was told to park just outside the entrance. I am not a "consumer" but want a good return for my money and this fitted my pocketbook and pleasure nicely. Thank you.
Carpets need to be replaced - spotted and dirty looking.

The hotel had a central location close to a bus stop for a short ride to downtown. The food was fresh! Incredible service, even though a few employees were not that friendly.
Well, the area was not great overall.

At $60 per night, the value for the room was very good. The staff was accommodating and worked with us to solve the problem of the heat.
We booked Quality Inn in order to go to the Santa Fe Opera. Road construction in front of the hotel created some driving inconvenience. Santa Fe was experiencing extreme heat; the hotel's air conditioning did not perform well under the extreme conditions. Original room as requested, a king size, had no functioning airconditioning; no more king rooms were available so we down graded to queen room. Airconditioning in that room was marginal. The hotel was understaffed, but the people who were there worked extremely hard.
